ATTENTION MARKET PLACE VENDORS!!!
We are looking to expand our marketplace vendor area for our up and coming festival. With the great turn out and response to last year’s event, we have expanded our area to include over 100 marketplace vendors!
Vendor Site Rent: $175.00 – per 10’x10’ site includes all three days of the festival
Roaming Permit: $155.00 – provides access by salespeople to all areas of the event.
(All roaming salespeople will be required to display a pass provided by The Celebrate Committee Inc. Please indicate the number of passes you will need when placing your order below. Limit of 5 pass’s per vendor.) Roaming pass quantities very limited.
Electricity: $55 per connection point, one 120V standard connection (you may bring your own power strip to split the connection for no additional charge; however, you are responsible for ensuring the circuit is not overloaded.)
A.) 50% discount will be applied to any charitable organization with proof of non-profit status— space permitting.
B.) Some Limited near-site parking available for an extra $75 fee, otherwise ALL parking is off grounds after set up. Saturday by 10am all marketplace vendor vehicles off grounds.
C.) Applications postmarked/received after May 11 include a $25 late application fee.
All payments must be received before vendors will be allowed to set up without exception. All fees are non-refundable.
